Guidance to your child's learning and development in the early years foundation stage.
About Nursery at Belfield
At Belfield Nursery the children take part in activities which span the seven areas of learning, and everyone is encouraged to participate in lots of fun sessions such as;
- Write Dance
- Finger Gym
- Dough Disco
- Boogie Beats
- Outdoor Learning
- Cooking Time
- Phonics Fun
The children are also involved in messy play, construction challenges, role play, scrimbling activities etc. and have continuous access to both indoor and outdoor provision. We extend learning further in guided and shared sessions, and hold special circle times with key workers.
The children really enjoy taking their new learning home to share with their families, and will sometimes have a special ‘Home-School Links’ activity sheet to complete with you at home.
The staff are always available to help, so please pop in if you have any questions and queries or need advice – you are always welcome.
